You have to get into the garden
The second secret can be found after reaching a small garden. This place can be recognized by the scene showing the guards.
After Nate finishes climbing and is in the garden, walk straight through the area. Once you reach the building, find the covered area shown in the screenshot above. The treasure you are looking for lies on a shutter behind a small tree.

The third secret can be obtained after Nate and Sam have met with Sally and changed into their costumes. After the conversation ends, return to the room where the characters met with Sally. The treasure can be found at the top of the chest of drawers (as shown in the screenshot above).

The fourth secret is located next to the previously described third one. Return to the corridor with the guests, walk a little ahead and turn right. You should get to the large outside balcony where Sam will be standing (you can also initiate an additional conversation). Turn to the right and inspect the wall of the building to collect the treasures shown in the screenshot above.

The fifth secret can be obtained immediately after reaching the basement of the manor. After Nate and Sam reach the lace, walk straight ahead and turn to the first aisle on the left. After that, move in a straight line. The treasure can be found in the location shown in the screenshot above.
6/9 Brass Barber Bowl
The sixth secret can be obtained next to the fifth. Continue your journey through the basement and pass through a room with several guards inside (you can peek into the room through a small window). Nate will reach the stairs, which you must use to get to the lower floor. The secret will be on your right side.
12/15 Scottish twopence coin
Secret Twelve is located at the top of a small tower on a hill. You will get there shortly after you leave most of the map, but before you reach the drawbridge.
13/15 Mull Scottish Tobacco
You will find thirteen secrets when you reach the big tower. Before accessing it, look to the left. The secret lies in the position shown in the screenshot.
14/15 brass and ivory mug
There is the following secret in one of the rooms of the tower. You will get there shortly after you reach the switch and open the gate. It's behind the boxes on the left.
15/15 Muff Gun
The last secret is in the same room as the previous secret. Find the boxes on the right side of the room (see screenshot) and use firearms or explosives to destroy them.
